Early Modern Catholicism Network Early Career Lunch

Common Room (third floor) Radcliffe Humanities Building

Discussion: ‘Cultures of Coexistence’. We are discussing Alex Walsham’s synoptic article ‘Cultures of Coexistence in Early Modern England: History, Literature and Religious Toleration’ (The Seventeenth Century, 28:2 (2013), pp. 115-137). Though this article focuses on England, it bears much fruit for a discussion of Europe and further afield. Please email Tom Hamilton (tom.hamilton@new.ox.ac.uk), Katie McKeogh (katie.mckeogh@linacre.ox.ac.uk), or Emma Turnbull (emma.turnbull@balliol.ox.ac.uk) to confirm numbers for lunch (which is provided), or if you have any trouble getting hold of the article for this week.
